- Minimum 1 year in a Store Manager Role (or 2 Years as an Assistant Manager in a high Volume Role)
- Proven leadership experience, ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 10 employees
- Ability to problem solve and resolve any issues that may arise with Team and Customers
- Your #1 skill must be to SELL and drive sales through customer interaction
- You must be able to HIRE and TRAIN a team to drive sales as aggressively as you
- Strong Delegation, Follow Up, and Accountability skills
- Must be able to cultivate a positive work environment and increase team morale
- Strong Visual Merchandising Skills and ability to visually re-act to business daily
- Clear communication of business needs to Corporate Office to help increase sales
- Ability to create and implement operational structure as needed
